Willner Properties LLC at RE/MAX Equity Group is a family-run real estate team. We have been serving the real estate needs of those in the Portland Metro Area for nearly a decade now (and as of March 2010, in Washington). Even before that, we were giving outstanding customer service to our members at our local family owned and operated fitness centers located in Forest Grove, Newberg, Aloha, and Hillsboro.

Randy and Dede Willner opened Fitness Unlimited, Inc. in 1984, soon after the birth of their first child, Cody. While running the gym, Randy also worked at Forest Grove Light & Power as a lineman. In 1986, their second child, Salena, was born. As the family expanded, the franchise also expanded. Randy retired from Light & Power in the early 90's to focus on the gyms. During the next decade, Randy and Dede would open up three other gyms in the area. They also changed the name to Powerhouse Gym, a nationally known franchise. Members got to know the whole family, since the family worked at all of the gyms. Cody and Salena would work after school and school activities. Customer service and hard work was instilled from an early age for both of them.

Randy first entered real estate nearly seven years ago. In 2005, while in college at Oregon State, Cody decided to join his dad in the real estate business. He wanted to put his passion of marketing and customer service to good use. Not much longer after that, Salena decided to do the same thing, too. The whole family is dedicated to serving the real estate needs of those in the area.
